Palm Bay is perfectly located in Brevard County on the East central coast of Florida between Jacksonville and Miami. Palm Bay is close to Melbourne and an hour drive to Orlando International Airport and popular theme parks such as Universal Studios and Disney World. Palm Bay is also less than an hour drive from Port Canaveral a popular Florida cruise ship port.

There are many reasons to think about moving to the beautiful city of Palm Bay, Florida! The close proximity to the Indian River and Atlantic Ocean gives us balmy breezes year round.

The average high temperature for the warmest months of June, July and August at about 90 degrees and the average low temperature of 72 degrees. The temperature in Winter can fluctuate between warm and cool, with the lowest average temperature in the low 50’s. There is a reason so many people spend their Winters here!

Housing styles in Palm Bay include a wide variety of single family homes, apartments, condominiums, town homes and gated subdivisions. The area includes long-established subdivisions as well as brand new construction.

Palm Bay has many public and private schools for grades K through 12. Eastern Florida State College has four campuses across Brevard County offering convenient access to higher education in Palm Bay.

Recreational activities include many city parks which include paintball and skateboarding,  a 200-acre regional park and Turkey Creek Sanctuary. For those who enjoy golf, there is also a local golf course. The Majors Golf Club at Bayside Lakes is an Arnold Palmer Signature Course and it features a practice facility that was named as one of the “Top 10 in the World” by The Golfer Magazine.

Palm Bay’s close proximity to the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean provides endless opportunities for boating, surfing, wakeboarding, skimming, parasailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and waterskiing. Or you can just find a quiet spot on our beautiful beaches to soak up some warm Florida sun.
